HOLTOMHOLTOM. - John Henry (Jack), husband to the late Connie, died peacefully on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Attleborough Grange, aged 91 years, following a long and brave struggle with Motor Neurone Disease. He is dearly loved by his entire family and will be sadly missed by his many friends, neighbours and carers. The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 6 at 3.45pm at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton. A service of thanksgiving will be arranged at a later date at St. John's Methodist Church, Nuneaton.
